We moved into our High Quality Home two months after reservation and are delighted with our new home.
We, like many others had heard horror stories about buying new build. However, owing to the professionalism and dedication of HQH staff the whole experience was completed effortlessly.

As the housing market was not particularly buoyant and we were not having much success selling our previous property, we joined the Assisted Sale Scheme. This Scheme worked very well for us as the pressure of selling was handed over to High Quality Homes who took on the role of "seller" and they were able to keep a much closer eye on the Estate Agents than we could. This resulted in a firm offer on our property within four weeks and we were able to move as soon as our new house was ready.
